Shipping Notice
This Shipping Notice outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment, delivery, and return of products provided by GALATISQUALITY TRADING LTD, a company established in the European Union (Republic of Cyprus). By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the conditions described below.
1. Shipping Areas
GALATISQUALITY TRADING LTD provides shipping services within the European Union and, where applicable, to selected international destinations. Availability of shipping services may vary depending on location.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed during standard business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Orders are prepared for shipment only after successful payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier services, weather conditions, customs procedures (where applicable), or other factors beyond our control. GALATISQUALITY TRADING LTD does not guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
4. Shipping Methods and Couriers
Shipments are carried out using third-party courier or transport providers selected by GALATISQUALITY TRADING LTD. The company reserves the right to change courier providers when necessary without prior notice.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and delivery method. Any applicable shipping charges are communicated prior to order confirmation or included in the final invoice.
6. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. GALATISQUALITY TRADING LTD shall not be liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer details.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported immediately upon receipt or within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to report issues promptly may affect the ability to submit a claim.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason, unless a legal exception applies.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify GALATISQUALITY TRADING LTD within the 14-day period. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:
• Perishable or liable to deteriorate rapidly
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
• Custom-made or personalized items
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within the timeframe required by EU law.
9. Delays and Force Majeure
GALATISQUALITY TRADING LTD shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.
10. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect delivery information, additional shipping, handling, or return charges may apply.
